Located in Riverside New Town, Changsha, Vanke Oriental One redefines urban living by seamlessly blending vibrant city life with a serene, resort-like environment. Inspired by the city’s dynamic culture, rich heritage, and scenic natural landscapes, the project integrates opulent design with a touch of tranquillity, creating a living space that embodies both international sophistication and the warmth of local charm.
A Multifaceted Landscape Experience
The design captures the duality of modern living: stepping outward into the lively urban district and inward into a refined, tranquil retreat. Thoughtfully arranged green belts and gardens not only enhance the urban streetscape but also serve as a sanctuary for residents.
Pocket gardens, sunken courtyards, and staggered architectural setbacks create dynamic layers of space where the boundaries between landscape and architecture dissolve. The inclusion of lush greenery and fluid water features enriches the visual and sensory experience, offering residents a harmonious interplay between natural and built elements.
Designing Spaces for Connection and Reflection
At the heart of the community, the infinity pool is surrounded by a curated mix of social spaces, including an outdoor whiskey bar, dining bar, and garden lounge. These areas balance relaxation with community interaction, elevating the overall living experience. Adjacent to these, verdant vegetation and serene water elements offer moments of quiet reflection, seamlessly connecting the outdoor environment with indoor spaces.
The entryway, marked by an 6-metre cantilevered canopy, sets the tone with its grandeur and elegance. Beneath the canopy, custom lighting and curved metal panels evoke a warm sense of homecoming, while the grand reception area, with its water curtain backdrop, enhances the community’s sophisticated aesthetic.

Vanke Oriental One balances bold luxury with understated serenity, weaving together deep, saturated tones and airy, light-filled landscapes. By achieving a harmony of contrasts, the design creates a sophisticated urban haven that celebrates both the vibrancy of city life and the peacefulness of retreat. This project offers residents a new paradigm of living—one rooted in elegance, connectivity, and tranquillity.

万科滨江壹号 位于长沙滨江新城，完美融合了城市生活的活力与度假式生活的静谧，重新定义了都市居住体验。项目灵感来源于长沙多元文化的热情与深厚的历史底蕴，以及周边自然景观的独特魅力，呈现出既彰显国际化精致品味，又蕴含本地温暖与人情的生活空间。
多维景观体验
设计捕捉了现代生活的双重属性：向外迈步，融入城市的繁华；向内回归，享受静谧的栖息地。精心规划的绿化带与花园，不仅提升了城市街景的美感，更为居民提供了一片舒适的避风港。
袖珍花园、下沉式庭院与建筑退台的错落设计，为空间带来了层次丰富的动态体验。景观与建筑的边界在此消融，郁郁葱葱的绿植与流动的水景共同营造了感官与视觉的双重享受，创造出人与自然、建筑元素之间的和谐互动。
连接与沉思的设计空间
社区的核心是一座无边泳池，四周环绕着精心打造的社交场所，包括户外威士忌酒吧、餐厅和花园休息室。这些空间平衡了休闲与社区互动，为整体生活体验注入了更多活力。泳池旁的植被与宁静的水景元素营造出沉思与放松的时刻，实现了室内与室外环境的无缝连接。
项目入口处设计了宏伟的 6米高悬臂式天篷，为社区奠定了优雅大气的基调。天篷下，定制的灯光与弧形金属面板设计营造出温暖的归家氛围，背景水幕与宽敞的接待空间进一步提升了社区的精致感。
